The Modern Residences, Austin TX

The Modern Residences is the first of Urbanspace’s fully owned luxury high-rise development projects.

I was tasked with incorporating the architecture of the building into the logo. The building features arches and angular pillars that are slightly noted in each letter, with the M being the focal point that also acts as a mark.
